Is limited interaction preferred? A single button start-stop approach is the best solution: Quick sets of autosampler parameters can be set by PC, while all the routine operations such as analysis start, sample loading and extra wash can be managed by the dedicated keypad.

The new led bar and PC quick link makes operation smooth: The colour-coded status indicator provides at-a-glance autosampler status information that is easy to see; virtual screen automatically opens on the PC when an informative message is available; alternatively, it can be activated by double thumb pressure on keypad.

The 3100A handles the most sophisticated sampling techniques: Internal standard technique (also known as sandwich injection), multi-phase, ambient headspace, priority injection, nanolitre injection and much more. Parameters are easily programmable to optimize both the most convenient sampling method for extremely volatile or viscous samples and the best injection technique. Finally, it can mount different types of syringes with volume from 0.5 to 100ul to cover the widest range of applications. Please note that the 3100A is the entry level version and cannot be upgraded with a larger tray.

Applicable but not necessary for operation:
Drivers are available which allow operation of the 3x00A Series from within Chemstation (Rev.B or higher) OpenLab Chemstation, MSD Chemstation and many other Chromatography Data Systems.  HTA Autosampler Manager Software is also available to operate the 3x00A Series outwith the data handling environment.
