HTA’s 3200A autosampler is designed for GC and GC/MS applications. Empowered by Artificial Intelligence (machine learning), it offers superior performance, high reliability and unmatched usability through intuitive operations.

The 3000A series autosampler is equipped with a large touch screen interface, providing easier system accessibility and usability. The touch screen eliminates drilldown and simplifies instrument control for both novices and experienced users.

Due to its 209 x 2mL sample vial capacity, the 3200A sets a new standard in the market. Samples are organised in two racks that can be easily removed for sample loading or preparation, or stored elsewhere.

The 3200A features SyringeID, a patented technology based on RFID tags. The SyringeID can identify syringes in an unequivocal way, thereby preventing errors when mounting a syringe, preventing syringe volume mismatching and keeping track of the syringe consumption (preventive maintenance counters). The SyringeID system can provide you with a level of confidence not previously achieved.

An optional integrated Bar Code Reader is available for the 3200A, offering full and detailed sample tracking.

As with the standard 3000A, AI (machine learning) brings intuitiveness and superior performances to laboratories. Through these functionalities the 3000A offers:

• automated consumables tracking
• GC inlet septum test 

Additionally, connection with service support is dramatically simplified by usage of a dynamic on-screen QR code.

The autosampler handles the most sophisticated sampling techniques (ambient headspace, multi-phase, small volume and controlled speeds to work with a wide range of sample viscosities), injection (priority, with the internal standard technique, dual simultaneous injections in high-throughput and confirmation mode) and syringe washes (with sample or with solvent, single or double wash step capability). It can use syringes with volumes from 500 nanolitres to 100 microliters¹ to support a variety of injection techniques, ranging from split/split-less to PTV and on-column inlets.

Applicable but not necessary for operation:
Drivers are available which allow operation of the 3x00A Series from within Chemstation (Rev.B or higher) OpenLab Chemstation, MSD Chemstation and many other Chromatography Data Systems.  HTA Autosampler Manager Software is also available to operate the 3100A Series outwith the data handling environment.
